    The Give Way rules apply here - give way to drivers coming towards you. You can move into the intersection and wait until traffic coming towards you stops for the yellow or red light and then turn on the red light, but you must already be in the intersection.
     
 
 
 

Turning right at green lights

If there is no red arrow to the right you can turn right as long as you have a green light and give way to vehicles coming towards you and any pedestrians that are crossing the road.

Remember to wait until the way is clear before pulling into middle of the intersection otherwise you could become stranded there, and then block other traffic.

Just before you turn right, check your mirror and glance over your right shoulder to ensure there's nothing in your blind spot.
