Spills in your workplace must be cleaned up safely. Spill kit training, so you can control and clean up a spill, is important knowledge for warehouse staff, drivers, loaders, managers and other people who work with or store chemicals.
This course fits perfectly with our Dangerous Goods Handler course to give you a good base knowledge of chemical hazard management in the workplace and how to deal with small and medium-sized spills.
The training courses covers:
Companies: simply purchase as many course licences as you need for your team members and you can assign the courses and view their progress
Individuals: simply purchase one course licence for yourself.
You can do the course in your own time when it's convenient for you - you have access to the course materials for 6 months. Watch the videos then answer the questions.
You'll get a certificate of completion once you finish the course.
Training should be repeated every 2 years, and you should conduct an annual spill drill (simulated spill), applying what you learned on the course.
Study in your own time at your own pace, take the modules as many times as you need to and really get to know the information. You can access it on any computer, smartphone or tablet wherever there's an internet connection available.
If you're managing other team members, you can add more managers at no extra cost. They can download detailed reports, plus track and manage team members. Managers can generate certificates on completion of the course.
Where is the course held? The theory is done online (anywhere you have internet access).
Do you need any other qualifications? No, although we recommend you complete the online Dangerous Goods Handler course on this website.
