This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the author (“DT Driver Training Ltd”) of this application (“Application”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Application.
Application Licence
Driving Tests is being distributed or sold for private or commercial use for educational purposes.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you the following rights: Installation and Use. You may install and use a copy of the Application and use the Application on any Android or iOS compatible device you, own. The licence is non-transferable.
Reproduction and Distribution. You may NOT reproduce or distribute copies of the Application.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
Limitations on reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly and change (add, delete or modify) the resources in the compiled Application: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
Updates and Maintenance
Driving Tests updates are free of charge.
Separation of Components
The Application is licensed as a single product for use by one registered person.
Termination
Without prejudice to any other rights, DT Driver Training Ltd may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Application and all of its component parts.
3. COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the Application (including but not limited to any images, photographs, text, and examples incorporated into the Application) are owned by DT Driver Training Ltd or provided under licence, permission or agreement from related parties. The Application is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Application like any other copyrighted material.
4. WARRANTIES
Limited Warranty
DT Driver Training Ltd is solely responsible for any Application warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed.
DT Driver Training Ltd expressly disclaims any warranty for the Application. The Application and any related documentation is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Application remains with you.
5. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
In no event shall the author of this Application be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if DT Driver Training Ltd is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
While every endeavour is made to keep these questions current, NZTA does not always provide new or updated questions in a timely manner. Use of this application is at your own risk and DT Driver Training Ltd is not liable for or responsible for your performance in the learner licence theory test.
